Between Everything Else

Between the things I love to do, the things I should do, and the things I have to do, I often feel like I don't really accomplish anything in a day.  To all you moms out there who stay at home with your little ones and have your houses clean by breakfast, have your daily yoga done by lunch and have your home businesses closed up by dinner - I salute you, but I also kind of loathe you in a green-with-envy sort of way.  I really don't know how you do it.

In my house, there are always dirty dishes on the counter, the floors are never as clean as I'd like them to be (I think we've become a safe harbour for dust bunnies) and my kids usually exceed their daily Disney Junior quota.

This is one little bunny that will always have a place here!

I'd love to say that I get time to do all the things I love: sewing, knitting, reading, painting, decorating, crafting, writing, etc.  But the truth is, I don't.  Which always leaves me with a VERY big to-do list and, being the type-A person that I am, the creeping feeling that life is passing me by.

So...instead of trying to do it all, I'm going to do a little...at a time...and see how it goes.  Oh, and I'll try to write about it too (in between everything else).
